After two decades leading transformations and large teams across Media and Tech, while mentoring entrepreneurs, creatives, and rising professionals behind the scenes, I saw a pattern: so many brilliant, capable people were still waiting for permission to lead, permission to be ambitious and permission to chase big dreams. I created this event to change that.
This kind of experience I’m hosting is what I wish I had when I was navigating identity shifts, battling imposter syndrome, and trying to break into rooms that weren’t designed for me.
